01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by All Space Consulting ("the Consultant"), including the website and engineering solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of these services.

02. Service Scope

All Space Consulting provides elite engineering, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and AI agent development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment structures are governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the parties.

03. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW, all proprietary frameworks, baseline code, and architectural patterns developed by All Space Consulting remain the exclusive property of the Consultant. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.

04. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Space Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital services or infrastructure. Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

05. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

All Space Consulting targets a 99.99% monthly uptime for all primary mission-critical infrastructure deployed on AWS. Maintenance windows are scheduled during low-traffic periods (0200—0400 UTC) and communicated to clients with at least 48 hours notice.

06. Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not utilize All Space infrastructure or logic cores for:

• High-frequency unauthorized vulnerability scanning.
• Cryptocurrency mining or illegal distributed compute tasks.
• Deployment of malicious payloads or spyware.
• Reverse-engineering of All Space proprietary AI logic cores.
